MASAE has transformed its Mid-Year Meeting into a series of four webinars over four weeks in June. Our over-arching theme for the virtual conference is “Reflecting Forward: Tools to Succeed in Unfamiliar Territory.” The last year has been full of challenges for many association professionals. By reflecting on what we’ve learned and accomplished over the last several months, we hope to provide you with tools that will help set you and your organization up for success as we go into the next phase of normalcy.

This presentation will examine some of the important issues trade association executives and member associations should be aware of in a post Covid-19 world. It will look at various issues related to returning to the office, hosting in-person events, and reducing potential exposure to liabilities.

Learning Objectives:

  • Review best practices for when someone tests positive for Covid-19
  • Learn what employers are allowed to ask or require
  • Understand the potential risks involved and ways to mitigate them

SPEAKERS:

  • Kayci Petenko, Esq., Fleming Petenko Law
  • Noel Fleming, Esq., Fleming Petenko Law

REGISTRATION FEES:
MASAE Members:  $20
Non-Members: $30
