• Dean West, FASAE, president of Association Laboratory: Learn about the decades-long Looking Forward association sector environmental scan and what the data means for the future of the association space and how to use it to make decisions with your Boards.
• Breakout with peers (in person or online) to discuss how to apply the data to your own groups
• Hear how a trade association executive Robert Voltman, CAE, Executive Director of NIADA and a professional society executive, Vicki Loise, CAE, CMP, CEO of SLAS, analyzes the data from their perspectives
• Learn how to use the dashboard that attendees will have access to, to look at the data from their own perspective.

Attendees will receive access to the Looking Forward Dashboard and an executive summary of the data to start a conversation with their Boards of Directors.
