MASAE has transformed our Mid-Year Meeting into a series of webinars.  Our goal is to provide association executives and their teams with information to help navigate “the new normal” during this uncertain time.

Within a few days, organizations were faced with transforming their daily, brick and mortar operations into a virtual environment, leaving several key business functions to be rethought, and quickly. How will accounting now be managed? Who will get the mail? Do we have enough laptops for staff? How will member services answer the phone? What policies need to be rethought in order to maintain compliance in this new environment? Join us as we explore the answers to these questions and many more, learning from one association, PA Med Society, as well as the IT experts from PICS ITech. Attendees will walk away with a tool kit that can be used to immediately enhance their current virtual operations as well as considerations for their business continuity plans.

Speakers:

  • Brian Atchison, PICS ITech
  • Terry Rossi, PICS ITech
  • Chris Hartman, PA Med Society, Senior Director of IT
  • Marty Raniowski, PA Med Society, Executive Vice President
  • Moderator – Jason Harbonic, Association, TEAM

As a CAE Approved Provider educational program related to the CAE exam content outline, this program may be applied for 1.0 credits toward your CAE application or renewal professional development requirements.
